You accept that the results of the assessment represent your attitudes to the themes and content being presented. The final scores are in no way a diagnosis of a personality type or disorder, or a clinical syndrome of any sort. The purpose of the high, moderate and low scoring sections is to encourage a conversation around those themes with a person you may be considering getting to know or currently in a relationship with. On the grounds of your voluntary consent, we accept no responsibility, liability, or any fault whatsoever, in relation to the outcome/s and/or result/s of the assessment, no matter the circumstances and you therefore participate in the assessment process at your own risk and at your own free will, and without any expectation of accountability on our part, all of which you irrevocably accept, without any form of recourse. We further make no warranties or representations about the information on the website or app. Furthermore, information and/or opinions on this website (or app) must not be regarded as professional advice.

Refund policy (No Refunds)

You accept that the fee/s you pay us for participating in the assessment are attributable towards the cost of administering the assessment and producing reports and are therefore not refundable, irrespective of your dissatisfaction and/or disagreement with the results. Should you elect to request other services, further cost/s and/or fees in respect of consulting time with our professional advisors will be contracted on separately under the applicable terms of conditions for such services.

Privacy Policy

Your personal scores and related results will never be shared with any other person or party unless requested by yourself in writing. Your results are automatically stored on our database so you can request your information at any time after your initial assessment at no extra cost to yourself.

Governing Law

The use of this website and these Terms are governed by Utah State Law.

Data retention

By participating in this assessment, you consent to and authorize us to retain the data obtained from all individual assessments so we can conduct reliability and validity studies and for us to strive towards continuing to improve the quality of our service and in addition, for you to access the assessment outcome data whenever needed. This website makes use of cookies which are used to keep track of the pages a user has accessed while the user browsers. We do not use cookies to collect personal information.

This website may contain links to other sites which are not controlled by us. The use of any link is done entirely at the users risk and we are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of the products, services, or information obtained through such other websites.
